City commences with grading of gravel in Cape Farms

The City of Cape Town’s Urban Mobility Directorate would like to inform residents, road users, businesses and the broader public of roadworks in Cape Farms along Zonnekus Road. The work started last week and is scheduled to end on Saturday, 25 October 2025 weather permitting and provided there are no unforeseen delays. The work will be carried out between 08:00 and 17:30, Monday to Saturday.

‘I would like to thank residents and road users for their patience during the course of this grading of gravel along Zonnekus Road in the Cape Farms district. The City would like to ensure that it maintains the road surface at an acceptable standard as well as keep residents and visitors moving as they head to their homes and holiday destinations in this area. I am certain that road users will be delighted once the work is complete,’ said the Mayoral Committee Member for Urban Mobility, Councillor Rob Quintas.
